Awaiting the new arrivals

We have some exciting news Mrs Wobble and Mr Wobble will soon be proud parents. They have constructed an excellent nest above the river on a quiet bank. No access to humans or interested furry animals. Although he is making it known to everyone he is protecting the precious nest with loud squawks at any passing bird who dares to come near Mrs Wobble and her eggs.

We will upload photos when he brings them along to see us hopefully in the coming weeks.

If they are anything like the beloved Mr Wobble they will be worth the wait.

Of course the Wobbles are not the only expectant parents on the " Lark" many more families will be joining them. The Squeaks continue to try to build the most precarious nests and as yet none have evaded the high tides but we remain hopeful. Perhaps they should ask for some help from Mr Quack the expert nest builder!
